Lots of Luts on this site http://gfxdomain.co/?s=luts mention that they can be used in Photoshop, but how is it used, how do you install?

When I load mine, I go to the color lookup adjustment layer and there will be a drop down that says "load 3D LUT" and then you find the file and load them. Or you can put them here "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017\Presets\3DLUTs"

Interesting, in all my years using Photoshop not one person that i have known has ever even mentioned this. Is this new or something only 3d artists use?

Man that's crazy. Isn't CS6 the latest version? Why wouldn't they include this functionality in CC?
