You just need to find yourself any shaderball you want to use (there are lots of those out there setup for Corona, Vray or whatever) then press Use custom studio then in that dialog, then small e (for edit) button and it will open default shaderball PM uses - merge your favorite shaderball into that scene rename the shaderball geometry\model (that is important) to be just the same name as original one is named and apply the same material it uses and of course place it in place original is located, then delete original one and save that scene under a different name in some accessible location, then simply point that custom studio to the location of that scene and voila - when rightclicking - render thumbnail it will use that shader ball you put in there.
