Adobe illustrator is used for creating this kinda stuffs . It's a Vector Illustration .... Illustrator is the software used here ..Use Pentablet for drawing better shapes ..for alike redults

 

it is called isometric design, There are some courses on skillshare I believe about it and it is in Adobe Illustrator
