I am experiencing the same problem, I was told that I would get credits for donating and have received nothing. I am okay with donating for no credits but unfortunately, my ratios have slipped and there is no way for me to get them back to a point where the site is functional. Also, there is no place to upload the receipt or proof of donations. So, I think this will be the last one I make until the system can be fixed. Here was my Donation, I hope someone can help resolve this.
