Not sure if anything has chnaged with registration to GFX Peers, over the last year, but far as I remember, they were closed long ago and so asking when they open, is pointess.. You could get lucky and have someone invite you, but I like a few others gave up on that idea many moons ago. It bought in a lot of undesirables, somethng many torrent sites have and are stil suffering from even now... Anyway good luck
