The v2.3.0 update officially supports VRay 5 but they also provide installers for VRay NEXT. Not sure what's new in this version but they refer to support of 32 or 64 core processors. I can guarantee that it for sure runs on 2 cores And the protection hasn't changed a bit... Info at: http://www.enrichpro.com/en/richdirt/index.html
What do you mean "if it uses the method you showed everyone... etc, etc"? Why on earth would I use anybody's method since mine has been fully working since day one. I've cleaned my disk but I still have kept the 2014 versions around just for the memories To answer the earlier question, no, it doesn't expire after the trial limit. It would be a silly crack if it did, wouldn't it?
Well I've never seen a crack from you on here so how do I know what you have and what you don't. I was just saying my method works, no one needs a PhD to hack it.
On the other hand, I have seen multiple proper cracks of whatever appz you bother with. But each to his own. You're too young and have missed the good old times when freebies were around. Have a look at the News section. Unless you think I can afford to buy whatever I post about
Just for Max 2022 the developer released a v2.3 RC1. No other changes were mentioned. It behaves as well as before and the protection remains the same. Knock yourselves out
Not a library. It's RichDirt's (a material modifier) work. It applies a selection of user-adjustable dirt streaks etc styles, to the diffuse component of a selection's material or to the diffuse of all the materials in the scene (if you use the Enrich component found in the Material Editor).
Another update brings it at 2.3.1.1 RC2. Only thing mentioned is: Rotate with object works again. This is required if you want to animate dirty objects, like rotating cuboids in a film trailer, or parts of spaceship. And my first 'dirty' render with Max 2022.1...
Same version but easily tricked to work with Vray 6. Too bad I can't get myself to get things dirty. I'm still useless with this plugin. On the other hand, the spheres and teapots I use ain't Archviz material. (good excuse... )
Beautiful teapots, turn on denoiser, they will be more pleasant Oh... I just looked est. 21 minutes more for a pair of teapots. What is is that laptop? Pentium 3?
Denoiser would clean them up and I want them dirty. Even if I didn't, the denoiser Vray wants doesn't run in my laptop. The CUDA 2.1 running in a huge 1GB DDR3 space on the NVidia GT 520M, they say it's not enough. Baloney. It can even boil coffee if I put the (tea)pot close to it. So it's CPU only for VRay... It takes some time to get things done on the DualCore Intel Core i3-2310M but it's relaxing time under its Sandy Bridge. Not rush-rush all the time. On the other hand, the nifty Keyshot runs great with my setup. Go figure...
